The first question I am sure you are asking is, "What is a Powerline?"

A Powerline is what will create the solid foundation for your business. Growing your Powerline deep enough will create stability for your business. If there are enough people in a straight down line, and everyone is earning a percentage off of what everyone else is ordering everyone is winning, reducing the chances of quiting. In this industry people begin to drop out when they do not see results. Results include growth in the organization (meaning creating a downline), and also getting a check. If those two things are not happening for new people they begin to think that this business can not, or will not work for them.

OK so lets review again as these are some very key concepts you need to understand.

First, everyone you sponsor is going to be placed underneath you in the Matrix in one leg. This could include people sponsored by others above you - those people are called spillover, because they "spilled over" from the group above you. Again, everyone you sponsor will be placed in a single leg - or Powerline beneath you.

Lets say this is your downline in the Matrix with you at the top of the Powerline. (Forget who is above you. You should start thinking that you are taking control from now on, after all it is your business) If you get "spillover"great!... if you don't... you'll still build it. Don't worry.

Now, I have locked in that top PS person because I gave them part of my PS downline. What do I mean by locked in? By demonstrating my commitment to help them and starting to build their PS downline I am giving them a strong start in the business. They will share in the Fast Start money coming through that leg and often you will get an excited and committed leader that joins in and helps the rest of the downline grow in the same way. You have also just set an excellent example as a leader and demonstrated what you want to teach your downline to do for themselves and others as they go along. Remember, you want this to be a group effort as you do not want to try to build this business by yourself. You are looking to recruit and develop a team that can all help one another succeed. 

The explosive success of the SYNERGY TEAM has been based on hard work and focus on the Powerline, and contrary to what the manual says we have agreed on a new philosophy to create more stability in our team. In order to insure that more of the new business partners see results faster, and that as many partners as possible can receive a check (even if it is a small one) we will make the sponsorship moves on the third Friday of every month. Let me remind you how important this is by remembering when you started, and the rush of excitement you felt when you saw that first person in your team. One single sign up staring at you! That was the first step on your journey to building something potentially huge! The more people you help get what they want (downlines and checks) the more you will get what you want in the long run. Remember this is a race, not a sprint.

The Powerline philosophy is a little bit different in many ways with the Synergy Team than in other Nutronix teams. We believe that if you foster immediate gratification and success (growth and a check) with your newly sponsored business partners they are more apt to get excited, motivated, actively engaged and stay in the business. Many start to see the success and become aggressive in building the main powerline by personally sponsoring and placing those people into the main Powerline, and ultimately their second line. We believe that we need to look at the long term picture when growing our business rather than be short-sighted in worrying about fast start bonuses.

A second piece of the Powerline puzzle are the requirements to be placed initially into the Powerline.

In order to qualify for placement into the Powerline you need to meet certain criteria as the Powerline is only for people who are serious about building their business, and will actively participate in the business both through ordering on the monthly autoship as well as bringing additional people into the organization. The first qualifying step is to upgrade from the Trial B-12 period within your first 30 days - no exceptions. If you upgrade after the 30 day period you will be placed into secondary Powerlines which do not include as many "spillover" sign-ups from your upline. Without the "spillover" the secondary lines grow, but at a much slower pace.

Being included in the Powerline is more of a privilege than a right and there are (like most things in life) "no free rides" to reach the goal. Being a part of the Powerline means that you have the entire team's efforts growing one half of your organization! While the Powerline is growing, once yours is 25 people deep you can then break off your personally sponsored people into your second leg which is when you see substantial income growth. So you ultimately have two choices. First you can meet the requirements to be in the Powerline by upgrading and having a monthly autoship, buying GTT's and as a result have the entire team helping you build in your Powerline; or you can choose not to have an autoship or buy GTT's and build your organization all by yourself.

The moment you enter the Powerline you became a key part of our Team. We'll often talk to each other on daily basis, and some days spend more time talking to our team than our families! Again, remember this is a race not a sprint, and it is much harder to reach the final destination on your own. This is why being part of the Powerline is so critical to yours and the Team's success as everyone goes together, cheering, supporting and training one another.

That being said lets spell out the Team's rules of the Powerline with everyone's success in mind.

  1. You must be upgraded to a position in the compensation plan either Jr. Executive, Executive or Senior Executive.
  2. You must enter The Berry Tree before you change sponsor.
  3. You must have an autoship equal to the requirement for your upgrade level.
  4. You must be actively engaged in building your business through buying leads, or otherwise sponsoring people.

The following is a simple example to show you what we mean by motivating our newly joined business partners: "Your Nutronix downline just got bigger!

These are very exciting emails to get, especially when you did not sponsor the person, as that means your downline (or possibly the upline through spillover) is doing it for you! Now, imagine that I was just starting my business and as a result of my own advertising I sponsored 10 people. If I kept those 10 people as Personally Sponsored in my first line none of them would have received the notice "Your Nutronix downline just got bigger". As a result no one in the downline has been incentivized or excited into a growth mode as NO ONE is seeing ANY ACTION. When forming a Powerline – 9 out of 10 of them get the notice and they realize that they have a position that is worth keeping! They see action and are more motivated into action and are then willing to stay on board with their business as they see growth and activity. (One key element of continuing your position in the Powerline is that you MUST keep your monthly auto-ship current. If you cancel your autoshipment you will forfeit your position in the Powerline as the company will compress your position out after 30 days of no order).

As you can imagine, as your business grows, you can effectively excite and interest many more people this way than splitting up your group. So why wouldn’t every one want to build this way? Well, there is one main reason that I previously mentioned. If you transfer sponsorship of your Personally Sponsored business partners you relinquish the "Fast Start Bonus" to the person that you transfer sponsorship to. Initially you might wonder why anyone would want to do that, and this is where the Synergy Team philosophy comes into play. We believe that even if you give up a few Fast Start Bonuses to new business partners, in the long run this is building stability into the organization as the Powerline will build momentum that will be unstoppable.

Once your personal first leg Powerline is at least 25 people deep you can begin to build your second leg. We have found by experience that you want a MINIMUM of 25 people deep in the main Powerleg for stability (so that if anyone quits for any reason then your first leg does not collapse). When you have the 25th person in your main Powerline then you begin the second line which is the line that is going to increase your income. In order to reach Regional Director and above you can only have 1,500 of your CV coming from the first leg, so everything else needs to come from your second leg. When that one hits 25 people you break to your third leg and so on. It is very crucial to build your legs to 25 so that you are building your organization on rock and not sand. You need to build from a solid foundation and the only way in which we have found to do it is just like this.

I would like to point out at this time that you will find NO OTHER business like this one! No where. Not on the Internet, and certainly never as a traditional business. Our Team truly feels that the stability of the organization, and the growth we are seeing is based in the truth that we have everyone's best interest at heart. We want to see everyone succeed. We will do the very best we can to make certain everyone gets in the Powerline, and sees the results they need to make the system work. This entire industry is built on the theory that, you have a success and you get excited so you go out and tell someone else, they sign up and see success so they tell someone else and our entire organization gets bigger, better, stronger and more momentum! 

The beauty of a powerline is that you don't just earn money for your efforts, you will earn based on the effords of the entire group.This is The Power of Leverege. When everyone works together in the powerline, everyone gets paid! As you can see, the profits can be maximized tremendously in a powerline!
