Why Upgrade and to What Position?
When you are thinking about the position you want to create for yourself make sure that you review the compensation plan videos. Essentially, by selecting your upgrade level you are setting your compensation level.
The ONLY way to get the Senior Certificate is to upgrade to the Senior Executive level within your first 30 days, and have a monthly autoship of 100 CV. It is a one time investment of $550 that could be turned into $1,000s down the road. The way to think about Senior Executive level is really an investment not only in products, but also similar to a stock purchase that is guaranteed to grow over time.
Senior Certificate Terms and Conditions:
To begin eligibility for a Senior Certificate you need to order a Senior Pack in your first month of joining.
In order to receive your Senior Certificate, must maintain your memberships in The Berry Tree, Nutronix, and AutomaticBuilder for six months continuously.
Once that is done, your Senior Certificate will be issued.
To keep your Senior Certificate valid after that point, you need to maintain a monthly autoship in Nutronix of at least $100cv, maintain your AB site, and keep your membership in The Berry Tree current.
Your Senior Certificate can be used any month after you receive it, for up to one year after issue.
If any of these conditions fail to be met, your Senior Certificate is null and void.

Executive is a $112 investment with a monthly auto-ship of 100 CV, and pays a mid-level comission. Again commissions and the compensation plan should be reviewed before you upgrade so that you understand exactly what your benefits and compensation level will be.
Jr. Executive is an entry level position. Is a slow start, but it is none the less a start, and will get you a position in the powerline. If you are on a low budget approach this is the way to go.

Become an Associate
Go on autoship for at least 20 PV and we will waive the $10 sign up fee.
Sign up as an Associate Member with an initial order and autoship of at least 20 Personal Volume (PV). This includes a replicated version of our corporate website, access to weekly training calls and marketing sites! With your website, you can keep track of your orders, check your genealogy, setup and change your autoship and much, much more!
A 20 PV monthly purchase will allow you to receive Customer Acquisition Bonuses.
To earn Fast Start and Residual Income you will need at least a 40 PV.
Customer Acquisition Bonus
As an Associate, you can purchase products at wholesale and sell at retail. You keep the difference!
Your Customers can also buy the products at the wholesale prices, by visiting your shopnutronix.com website or by calling Nutronix with your ID/Username. You'll earn 30% of all Commissionable Volume (CV) that your customers order.
Customers are not placed into the downline and cannot earn commissions referring others. Customers will receive a personalized website for placing future orders and may upgrade to be a distributor at anytime on their website.
The only requirement to earn these bonuses is for you to personally purchase at least 20 PV monthly.
Personal Rebates
Earn Personal Rebates on all Product Purchases over $100 PV
After your first 3 months, (your personal Fast Start period) you will receive personal rebates on all volume over 100 PV each month.
As an Executive you will receive a 25% Personal Rebate each month on all Product Purchases over $100 PV
As a Sr. Executive you will receive a 30% Personal Rebate each month on all Product Purchases over $100 PV
Fast Start Bonuses
If you have an Autoship you can qualify to earn Fast Start Bonuses! As you enroll new members you will be paid Fast Start Bonuses for THEIR first 87 days.
You earn 20%, 25% or 30% of the Commissionable Volume (CV) of each person that you personally enroll,
(PS Level 1)
PS Level 1 is made up of all the people you personally enroll.
PS Level 2 is made up of the New Members that are enrolled by your Personally Sponsored Members.
PS Level 3 is made up of the New Members enrolled by your Level 2 Members and so on.
Fast Start Bonus Infinity Overrides: Once you reach Sr. Executive you begin to Earn Infinity Fast Start Overrides on your members newly sponsored people. These Infinity overrides are paid in addition to the Fast Start Bonus overrides mentioned above.
Senior Executive Director: Earn an additional 5% Infinity Bonus on all the New Members your Executives Sponsor. Earn an additional 10% Infinity Bonus on all New Members your Jr. Executives Sponsor. These Infinity Bonuses start on the second level and pay up to your next Senior Executive in your PS downline.
Regional Executive Director: Earn an additional 3% Infinity Bonus starting on your 2nd level of Personally Sponsored Members.
National Executive Director: Earn an additional 3% Infinity Bonus starting on your 3rd level of Personally Sponsored Members.
International Executive Director: Earn an additional 3% Infinity Bonus starting on your 4th level of Personally Sponsored Members.
One Star International Director: Earn an additional 3% Infinity Bonus starting on your 5th level of Personally Sponsored Members.
Two Star International Director: Earn an additional 3% Infinity Bonus starting on your 6th level of Personally Sponsored Members.
Three Star International Director: Earn an additional 3% Infinity Bonus starting on your 7th level of Personally Sponsored Members.
Two Star and Three Star Infinity Overrides: As a 2 or 3 Star Director you are automatically eligible to earn an additional 2% Infinity Fast Start Bonus on all of your Two Star Internationals Fast Start Volume, to the next Two Star Director.
Residual Income
Residual Income is paid out on both your Personally Sponsored (PS) Network and your Matrix Organization. You earn Residual Income on members who have been in your business for more than 87 days.
Your Personally Sponsored Network is everyone you refer, everyone they refer, then everyone they refer, etc.
Your Matrix Organization refers to your PS Network AND any Spillover you receive. When you enroll in Nutronix, you will be placed in a Powerline matrix. Additionally sponsored members will fall onto lower levels, one under the other, creating "spillover". As members spillover under you, you can earn Matrix Residual Income on them, even if you didn't sponsor them.
You can expand your matrix to open 6 legs on your first level. We suggest you build one strong leg at a time.
Jr. Executive: You need to have a 40 PV monthly to earn through 3 levels of Residual Income. Sponsor 3 others each purchasing 40 PV monthly and you qualify through 6 levels of Residual Income.
Executive Director: As a qualified Executive Director or higher, Nutronix International pays you through all six (6) levels of Residual Income. As an Executive you have zero sponsor requirements to earn 6 levels of Residual Income. To maintain status as an Executive Director or higher, you must have a monthly autoship of 100 PV.
* Each month Nutronix runs a compression of the Matrix for commission calculation. This means that any member with an order or autoship less than 40 PV will roll-up to the first level the next qualified Jr. Executive. So you will get paid on 3-6 levels of ACTIVE members. (those with at least $40 PV)
You must have a minimum of $40 CV to earn Residual Income.

Global Monthly CV Profit Sharing Plan:As you continue to build your Business you can qualify to earn a percentage of the entire monthly Commissionable Volume of Nutronix International. There are 3 levels of participation. And if you meet the qualifications you can participate in all three.
Three Star Ruby: Receive an equal share of One Quarter Percent (1/4%) of entire Nutronix Commissionable Volume each month you qualify at the Ruby level. Qualifications: A Three Star International Director with three Personally Sponsored Legs doing at least $25,000* in Commissionable Volume.
Three Star Emerald: Receive an equal share of One Quarter Percent (1/4%) of entire Nutronix Commissionable Volume each month you qualify at the Emerald level.
Qualifications: A Three Star International Director with Three Personally Sponsored Legs doing at least $50,000* in Commissionable Volume.
Three Star Diamond: Receive an equal share of One Half Percent (1/2%) of entire Nutronix Commissionable Volume each month you qualify at the Diamond level.

The Profit Sharing Program is reserved for leaders whose Network Marketing efforts are exclusive to Nutronix International and leaders that are actively training and supporting Nutronix downlines. These pools are created to encourage cross-line support and all participants must be actively and visibly supporting a cross section of Nutronix distributors, not just their own downlines. Example: Hosting a Nutronix Training Call where all downlines are welcome to attend.

Second: Pick a product (or products) to receive each month on our autoship program! If you set up an autoship order for at least 20 CV, the $10 registration fee will be waived. A 20 PV will allow you to receive Customer Acquisition Bonuses.
To earn Fast Start and Residual Income you will need at least a 40 PV autoship. Autoship begins in approximately 1 month from the day you set it up and can be changed or cancelled any time. Instead, you can also pay the $10 registration fee now and set up a product order and autoship at a later time.

Qualifactions
The following is a list of qualifications needed to reach the various pay levels.
Jr. Executive: Have a $40 PV order and a $40 PV Autoship on file to ship the following month.
Executive Director: Have a $100 PV order and a $100 PV Autoship on file to ship the following month.
Sr. Executive Director: Be an Executive Director and have $1000 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume.
Regional Executive Director: Be an Executive Director and have $2500 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume of which no more than $1500 CV comes from any one leg of sponsorship (PS Leg).
National Executive Director: Be an Executive Director and have $5000 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume of which no more than $3000 CV comes from any one leg of sponsorship (PS Leg).
International Executive Director: Be an Executive Director and have $10,000 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume of which no more than $6000 CV comes from any one leg of sponsorship (PS Leg). You also need to have 1 personally sponsored National Director.
One Star International Director: Be an Executive Director and have $25,000 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume of which no more than $18,000 CV comes from any one leg of sponsorship (PS Leg). You also need to have 1 personally sponsored International Director.
Two Star International Director: Be an Executive Director and have $50,000 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume of which no more than $35,000 CV comes from any one leg of sponsorship (PS Leg). You also need to have 1 personally sponsored One Star International Director.
Three Star International Director: Be an Executive Director and have $100,000 CV in Personally Sponsored Group Volume of which no more than $75,000 CV comes from any one leg of sponsorship (PS Leg). You also need to have 1 personally sponsored Two Star International Director.
Terms
CV - Commissionable Volume: Each product has a Commissionable Volume attached to it. Commissions are paid on Commissionable Volume. CV is also used to calculate Rank Advancements.
PV - Personal Volume: Your Personal Commissionable Volume.
PS - Personally Sponsored: When you personally refer someone who joins the business they are your personally sponsored members. Anyone they sponsor are considered part of your Personally Sponsored Organization.
GV - Group Volume: The total volume of your Personally Sponsored Organization.
Genealogy: Everyone in your network, your downline, including "spillover". People who joined after you and that you can earn commissions on.
PS Genealogy: Everyone you sponsor, plus everyone they sponsor and so on. Your Personally Sponsored Network.
Downline: The network of people that have joined after you and are under you in the genealogy.
Upline: The group of members that joined before you and are positioned above in the matrix. They are part of your support network and they have a vested interest in your success.
Sponsor: The person who referred you to and enrolled you into the business. Your immediate PS upline.
Spillover: Members sponsored by your upline that are positioned under you. You can earn Residual Income on Spillover members.
Unilevel: A term used to define a Personally Sponsored Network. Everyone you Sponsor is Level 1. Everyone they Sponsor is Level 2. As the Level 2 people Sponsor others they become Level 3 in the Unilevel or Personally Sponsored genealogy, etc.
Matrix: A term used to define ALL the Downline Members under you. Both the Members you Personally Sponsor plus all Spillover Members you receive.
PS Leg - Personally Sponsored Leg: Each time you Sponsor someone new you create a new Leg for qualification purposes. You will need to have at least 2 PS Legs to become a Regional Director and higher.
Horizontal Compression: To meet the Personally Sponsored Leg Volume requirements for 3 Star Ruby, Emerald and Diamond, your biggest volume leg is considered Leg 1. Your second biggest volume leg is considered Leg 2. The total volume of all your other Personally Sponsored legs will be added together to create a third leg volume to help you meet qualifications for 3 Star Ruby, Emerald and Diamond.
Note: As of September 2007 the NEW compensation Plan from Nutronix based on building 3 Powerlines instead of 2, will be in effect. However, the above Compensation Plan will remain only changing the Fast Start to 28 days. Check out the new Payment Plan.
